The meeting was the opportunity to discuss joint infrastructure projects, with special focus on the construction of bridges. The Ministers talked about the progress of on the Gradiška bridge construction works and announced its imminent completion, as the Joint commission is expected to conduct the inspection of the bridge very soon. The total value of the construction of the Gradiška bridge over the Sava River and the connecting road between Okučani and Gradiška is estimated at around 65 million euros. According to the revised plan, the deadline for the completion of works is 30 May 2022.

As a reminder, this is a project called "Interstate Bridge over the Sava River near Gradiška" constructed as part of the future Okučani - Bosnia and Herzegovina border expressway, and part of the future highway from the Hungarian border, via Virovitica and Okučani, to Bosnia and Herzegovina. This bridge is important for the development of the economy in the two countries. Other planned projects in the context of continued cooperation and even stronger interconnection between Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina will also contribute to that goal.
