Inspired by the visit of the Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Edin Forto, to Prague and the Czech Railway beginning of June this year, the Head of the railway company Gepard express, Albert Fikacek, initiated today’s meeting in the Ministry.

Given the increase in number of tourists from BiH and the Czech Republic, particularly the students, they discussed establishing a regular Sarajevo – Prague railway service, especially during summer and winter tourist seasons.

Minister Forto emphasised that, in cooperation with the Entity railway operators, he would work on establishing this service.
