Information for carriers engaged in regular international passenger service due to COVID-19

Pursuant to Article 16 of the Law on International and Inter-Entity Transport “during the validity period of licence for international regular passenger service, the service may temporarily be suspended due to and for the duration of circumstances that could not have been foreseen by carrier and the consequences of which could not have been remedied (force majeure). The carrier shall report such suspension of service immediately upon the occurrence of the circumstances that have caused such suspension.”
