They discussed the construction of the Sarajevo – Belgrade motorway and resolving the selection of route and the connecting point to the motorway passing through the Brčko District.

Minister Mitrović informed Principal Deputy Scanlan that the solution about defining the east – west and north – south sections, that would satisfy all three peoples in the Brčko District and at the same time meet the requirements of the Entities, is to be reached soon.

Moreover, Minister Mitrović explained his reasons why the item concerning the reconstruction of the Brčko-Gunja bridge agreed between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Republic of Croatia was removed from the agenda of the last session of the BiH Council of Ministers. They both agreed that the issue should be resolved this month.
