The Agreement on the Procurement of Microsoft Licenses Rental Rights was signed by the Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vojin Mitrović, and Chief Executive Officer of SYS Company, Nedim Sirbubalo, marking the continuation of the successful cooperation between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and authorised Microsoft partners, which began 14 years ago. The BiH Council of Ministers and Microsoft signed the Agreement on Strategic Partnership in December 2008 and committed to engage on the development of the information society in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was reaffirmed by today’s Agreement renewal.

The Agreement enables the application of new technologies in the work of the BiH CoMs’ bodies, which are entrusted to domestic IT experts, as a direct contribution to the development of the local information industry, as well as the creation of new jobs in BiH IT companies.
