Simplified and Cheaper Vehicle Registration for Citizens and Companies

Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Edin Forto, met today with the representatives of the Automobile Authorised Representatives and Dealers Association, that operate under the umbrella of the FBiH Chamber of Commerce, to discuss justified requests for a simplified and cheaper vehicle registration procedures, both for the citizens and the companies.

Minister Forto expressed his satisfaction that the initiatives for amendments to the legislation come from the entire BiH. As he noted, such initiatives will be discussed during the preparation of a new Rulebook on vehicle registration.

“I asked the Working Group tasked with drafting a new Rulebook to make it simpler and cheaper for the citizens” said Minister Forto.

The new draft Rulebook is to be completed by end of October this year, whereas its adoption is planned until the end of the year.
