Full implementation of the Agreement on the price reduction of the roaming services in public mobile communications networks in the Western Balkans region will lead to abolition of roaming charges as of 1 July thus putting maximum retail roaming prices in the region at the price level which is equal to that of “Roam Like At Home (RLAH)“ rules.

Customers of all three telecom operators in Bosnia and Herzegovina will no longer have to pay additional charge while staying in Serbia, Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Kosovo.

Calls and SMSs will be charged at domestic tariffs, meaning that a customer will pay the same price as he do “like at home“.

As for data and mobile internet use while roaming, the telecom operators pointed out to potential limits aimed at preventing abuses, advising customers to contact their service providers and get information regarding the terms of use of this service.
