In a friendly and cordial discussion the Ministers exchanged information on all open subjects and issues that require intensifying contacts and establishing close cooperation between the two Ministries, in the interest of all citizens of RS and the entire BiH. In this regard, Minister Mitrović referred to the adoption of the Law on the Provision of Postal Services and the 2019-2023 Framework Strategy for the development of Broadband Access in BiH.    

They particularly discussed the implementation of road and railway infrastructure projects and the construction of Foča – Šćepan Polje road, as well as the construction of a border crossing with Montenegro. Speaking about these issues, Minister Mitrović noted on the increased interest of international officials and investors in the construction and reconstruction of rail infrastructure.

Intensifying the cooperation in the forthcoming period was agreed, especially in the transport area, and the belief was expressed that all obstacles will be removed for the purpose of faster and more efficient decision-making and addressing the outstanding issues, with full respect of the competencies of both Ministries.
