In line with the work plan and procedures, the Commission had prepared a Draft Final Report on the investigation of the cause of the aircraft accident and, in accordance with Annex 13, with Chapter 6 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation (ICAO), and Article 15 of the Rulebook on the investigation of aircraft accidents and serious incidents (Official Gazette of BiH, no. 30/14), submitted it to the country of the operator and the registration, as well as to the operator in the Republic of Serbia and relevant aviation bodies in Bosnia and Herzegovina for any possible comments.

The Commission will assessed in detail submitted comments, and all justified ones will be adopted and included in the Final Report, after which the Ministry of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina will publish the complete and final results of the investigation. The purpose of the investigation is not to determine the offender or establish the responsibility; the only goal of the investigation and the Report of the Commission is to prevent incidents and accidents in aviation.
