“Digital transformation in our society requires political will, but also the involvement of all levels of government in order to stop using paper documents. The Sarajevo Canton is the pioneer of digitalisation in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Government of this Canton is the first government in which all Ministers will use e-signature”, said the Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Edin Forto, on the occasion of handover of the certificates for the use of electronic signature to all Sarajevo Canton Government Ministers.

Electronic signature enables development of public administration digital services and facilitates communication with citizens.
