Following the introduction of a common TAG toll collection device enabling drivers from Serbia, Montenegro and Croatia to pass the toll road ramps at highways without stopping, the BiH citizens will soon also have that same possibility.

Initiated by the line Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, Edin Forto and Goran Vasić, respectively, the protocol on cooperation with Bosnia and Herzegovina will also be signed this coming Thursday. In other words, all those in Bosnia and Herzegovina who have a TAG device will be able to pass the toll ramps at highways in Serbia without waiting, and vice versa. This will particularly be important during tourist seasons when there are long queues at toll stations.

“A Memorandum on joint collection of tolls between the public companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina with those from Croatia is expected to be signed in the coming period with the aim of practically connecting the toll collection systems, thus facilitating the transport of passengers and goods between the countries of the region”, said Minister Forto.
