Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina Edin Forto attended today in Banja Luka a media conference of the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the process of digital transformation in BiH.

A new digital identity service for BiH citizens via the IDDEEA website was presented on that occasion.

Minister Forto noted that we should build digital roads together and called upon all cities and municipalities to take part in the digital transformation process.

Head of the EU Delegation and Special EU Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Johan Sattler thanked Minister Forto, stating that he is one of the most active actors, not only in his own, but other sectors as well, contributing to the EU integration process of our country.

The IDDEEA Director Almir Badnjević emphasised the continued financial and technical support of the EU Delegation to the Agency and sand that, the European Union allocated more than EUR 10 mil. as of 2015 aimed at strengthening the IDDEEA capacities.
