Forto with international partners: I expect intensive involvement of all levels of BiH government in the digital transformation process

“I expect intensive involvement of all levels of BiH government, non-governmental and international organisations in the digital transformation process in order for our citizens and businesses to experience the benefits of that process as early as possible”, said Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Edin Forto, at the second meeting held today with the representatives of development agencies, banks and Embassies participating in financing and implementation of projects related to digital transformation in BiH.

Future projects that such institutions plan to implement in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in coordination with the Ministry, were discussed in the meeting.

All agreed that the EU finds that Bosnia and Herzegovina will receive after opening the negotiations will be significant for the digital transformation, as well as the investments in digital infrastructure and launching of e-services.
