Forto: A showdown with CIPS certificate is just beginning

Digital transformation will only make sense if there are concrete benefits for our citizens and the economy, and the war we have declared on CIPS certificate is just a symbolic beginning of the battle for digital transformation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, said Edin Forto, BiH Minister of Communications and Transport in the panel: Digitalisation of public administration service in BiH – are better days ahead?, organised within the Network conference taking place in Neum.

It was highlighted in the panel that significant funds within the announced six billion euros of the European Union aid for the Western Balkans countries intended for structural reforms have been secured for digital transformation.
