As part of the Sarajevo Business Forum, the Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Edin Forto, held a bilateral meeting with the Minister of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey, Mehmet Fatih Kacir.

They discussed the cooperation in the field of digital technology, and the possibility of opening joint technological park was discussed. Readiness by the Turkish side to share its experiences in e-administration and cyber security and to partner with Bosnia and Herzegovina in the digital transformation process was emphasised.

At the initiative of Minister Forto, tomorrow's topics at the Saraejvo Business Forum will include railway infrastructure investment models and digital transformation. This is the opportunity to discuss best practices, the implementation of which would enable Bosnia and Herzegovina to catch up with the region and the European Union that are far ahead of us when it comes to investing in railway infrastructure and digital transformation of society. These are the projects that require serious financial resources, but are also the most profitable in the long run and first-class development projects that are the backbone of the future economic development.
