The management of both members of the Consortium, namely the Sirius 2010 Banja Luka and Odašiljači i veze Zagreb, noted that all the obligations stemming from the Contract with the Ministry have been met so far, even within shorter deadlines than those stipulated by the Contract.  

Minister Forto emphasised his intention is not to jeopardize the digitalisation project of RTV signals given that Bosnia and Herzegovina is the last country in Europe that has not yet digitalised it, but neither does he want the violation of the sanctions imposed by the US Administration. Therefore, the Consortium was asked to submit a written statement, as soon as possible, on its ability to implement the Contract in accordance with the assumed (contractual) obligations.  

The Minister said that, in the process of taking a decision on further activities related to this project and based on the proposal of the Consortium, the relevant institutions of the state will be consulted, and of which the public will be informed in a timely manner.
