Edin Forto, Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina, expressed his support to the banking sector in getting closer to the citizens and providing electronic services, reiterating the importance of eliminating paperform CIPS certificates.

He also discussed the significance of this process at the panel called “Do we have time, knowledge and courage for innovations and digitalisation” within the regional fintech conference organised by the European Women Payments Network (EWPN).

“Reduction or full elimination of paper document submission is just the beginning and the first step in the process of digital transformation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will greatly facilitate citizens to do business online” said Minister Forto.
